*Masking Tape
*HB Pencil
*Masking Fluid
*Eraser
*Drawing Board
*Large Water Container
*140lb Cold Press Watercolor     paper (Image Size 11X14")
*1 1/2 " Goat Hair Brush
*1" Goat Hair Brush
*#3 Rigger Brush (Sable)
*#3 Round Brush (Sable)

Watercolor Paints:

*Alizarin Crimson
*Lemon Yellow
*Ultramarine Blue
*Phthalo Blue
*Cobalt Blue
*Light Red
*Payne's Gray
*Burnt Sienna
*Burnt Umber
*Raw Sienna
*White Gouache
Step 2 -  Horizon Line
Step 3 - Quick Sketch
Mask the rocks with Masking Fluid
Step 4 - After applying the sky (Ultramarine Blue and Water) remove the masking fluid from the rocks
Rocks - Burnt Umber, Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Sienna, Paynes Gray, Alizarin Crimson and Raw Sienna
Beach - Raw Sienna, Burnt Sienna and Burnt Umber
Step 5 - Begin to Add Details (keep it simple) using the same colors as before plus White Gouache - (Gouache will make your colors opaque)

Step 6 - Continue to add details to your painting.  Keep it simple!
Step 7 - Add more features and your painting is finished!
